About Kendra Bracken-Ferguson

Kendra Bracken-Ferguson is an internationally acclaimed thought leader. In demand for her strategic vision and attention to brands that want to grow to scale quickly and sustainably, she is a sought-after speaker and c-suite/board advisor. Kendra's ecosystem of leadership is rooted in her global conglomerate BrainTrust including a global brand marketing firm, BrainTrust Founders Studio, the largest membership-based platform for Black beauty and wellness founders and the adjacent BrainTrust Fund. She hosts the Business of the Beat podcast, offering insights and behind-the-scenes stories from BIPOC senior executives and operators as they navigate the journey of building and exiting their companies. About Leslie Roberson

Leslie Roberson is the founder and CEO of the Black Beauty Collective, a collective of beauty entrepreneurs and retailer featuring exclusively Black-owned brands. Membership into the Collective offers entrepreneurs marketing, social media, and PR support in addition to access to a community of Black, and mostly women, entrepreneurs who support each other in their growth and entrepreneurial journey. By creating a community where support and care come first, the Black Beauty Collective is executing its mission is to help entrepreneurs take their businesses to the next level, break down barriers for aspiring beauty entrepreneurs, and economically empower communities. 

Leslie is a serial entrepreneur, model, veteran, corporate leader and mother. Throughout her career she has championed pushing the collective forward through entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. With her background in business leadership and as beauty industry talent, Leslie carries this expertise into her work with the entrepreneurs that make up the Collective.
