It’s the Year of the Wood Dragon this Chinese New Year and we all have dragons that hold us back. These can look like addictions, dependencies, emotional, mental or spiritual baggage and outdated belief systems that no longer serve us. Are you ready to believe in yourself and slay your dragons so you can say YES to everything that you dream about and desire in your life?During this dinner presentation, we will discuss how these dragons eventually lead to stress, anxiety and a dysregulated nervous system and vice versa. A dysregulated nervous system leads to a low energy and an imbalance in our energy. Our goal is to have a balance of available energy for our daily needs and wants. What strategies do we need to embody that?
