Join your instructor Greyson for a rejuvenating yoga experience in The Solarium. Our Gentle Flow event offers a perfect opportunity to unwind and find inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this in-person event promises to leave you feeling refreshed and centered. Please bring your own yoga mat and any other items (blocks, blankets, sweaters)you feel you need for your practice. These classes are donation based and we will have cash and venmo options on site.
