Wrong Way Campground

Come learn new ways to build resiliency so that you can find more joy and ride features that still get you stuck despite your skill level. We will learn techniques to help regulate the nervous system, work the edges of your comfort zone, practice mindfulness and presence on and off your bike, and assess risk without letting past events take over your ride. This is a workshop you don't want to miss! About Sara Hunter:Sara Hunter is a PMBIA Level 1 Mountain Bike Instructor and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). Sara has a counseling practice in Asheville in which she utilizes Adventure Therapy via mountain biking to support clients who are feeling stuck in complex trauma and anxiety. Sara also supports mountain bikers through confidence coaching sessions on specific sections of trail that they continue to struggle with due to fear.
