Back to Heart Centeris a family-run, daughter/mother therapeutic practice located in downtown Great Barrington, Massachusetts. We offer traditional, hands-on and remote Reiki energy healing sessions,  HeartMath® Coaching, and Reiki Counseling for the whole family – as well as home visits in the southern Berkshire region.  We care deeply about helping adults, teens, and kids struggling with anxiety, burnout, stress, insomnia, chronic illness, Lyme disease, and more – as well as those who would like to accelerate/augment traditional therapies of all kinds. We offer in-studio Reiki Therapy and HeartMath® sessions, as well as virtual consultations, remote sessions, workshops and in-home visits in the southern Berkshires.

Gather in community to attune to the cycles and seasons of nature by observing and turning the Wheel of The Year.Imbolc, the name derived from the Gaelic word ‘Oimelc’ means ‘in the belly’ or ‘ewe's milk’ referring to the time when ewes have milk again as they prepare for spring lambing. After a long cold winter when pantries were dwindling the return of fresh milk and cheese was much reason for celebration.In these times, late winter can test our faith, when we long for the warmth and light of the sun.It has been traditionally honored with a community fire festival, where all came together to share food, song, story, and gratitude to lift one another's spirits.Imbolc, in particular, celebrates the awakening of the earth, and the anticipation of spring; symbolizing the emergence of new life within and without, and the return of light and warmth.It is a time when new hope begins to stir us awake out of the slumber of winter as the earth begins to whisper about spring to come.This is a threshold time. A time to clear out stagnant energies and prepare ourselves to receive and plant our deepest dream seeds.Doing this work with sound and in a community container creates a field of energy that both amplifies and accelerates our intentions.Invoking the elements and working with all the senses, while combining Biofield Tuning, reiki, flower essences, and a plethora of instruments, Victoria guides you through a journey far inward and outward into the cosmos and the Timeless Now.Olivia is an advanced Reiki practitioner and will be offering hands-on Reiki healing therapeutic touch Adjustments throughout, as the soothing overtones wash over you, gently restoring harmony and balance to your mind, body, and spirit.We will be honored to hold you in this Liminal Space.
