Join us at The Generalist Store in downtown Johnson City as we kick-off free monthly wellness events the 1st Wednesday of every month. We are so excited to bring “Rooted” a series of monthly wellness collaborations to the downtown community that we hope will continue into the months and years to come. Featuring guest speakers on wellness topics, Q&amp;As, information about local services and resources, wellness givewaways, and more! Our first event will be sponsored by Spark Plaza and Empassion Pelvic Health, and will include food offerings from Groovy Grover’s in addition to a free giveaway from Empassion! Guest Speaker for this kick-off event is Dr. Noelle Eads, PT, DPT and Co-owner at Empassion Pelvic Health right here in Downtown Johnson City. Noelle will be starting off these sessions with a chat on “Simple Starts on the Journey to Wellness,” where we will discuss basic seeds to plant in your lives now that will help you invest in your whole health long term. This will be followed by a Q&amp;A and information on local resources to help you get started! Event is limited to 40 people. RSVP by Friday, March 1st.
