<p>Almost everyone knows someone who’s struggled with anxiety or depression. Wouldn't it be great if we had a way to get the people we care about the necessary help? Join the women pf WHO Counseling Services and Our Community Partners as we discuss topics related to stigma, systemic oppression, and their impacts on the mental health of people who have been recently incarcerated and who are going through difficult times. </p>
