A unique ritual drawing process that combines elements of shamanism, manifestation, release, and transformation.

Join Tracy and a group of kindred spirits to explore this alchemical process of navigating seen and unseen dimensions of your being to birth new creations on paper and in the world.  Tracy's approach weaves earth-based spirituality with techniques to engage body wisdom and intuitive intelligence. This fusion offers a heartful path for activating creative life force and releasing obstacles to expression and manifestation.This art form is deeply rooted in the understanding and harnessing of five elemental forces: earth, air, fire, water, and aether. Each element plays a critical role in the journey of fulfilling your purpose and actively living your dharma.Through the process, the act of drawing becomes a meditation, a dialogue with the intuitive self and the universe.Elemental Alchemical Art offers an opportunity for:<ul><li>Spiritual Connectedness: Deepens your connection to nature and the spiritual world, utilizing shamanic principles to explore inner landscapes and access intuitive wisdom, enhancing personal growth and self-discovery. </li><li>Improved Brain Neuroplasticity: Creative practices like this stimulate different areas of the brain, fostering cognitive flexibility and adaptability and improved brain function. </li><li>Emotional and Energetic Release: Using the elements as metaphors to process and transform emotions, this form of expression can cultivate emotional healing and energetic balance.</li><li>Jungian Self-Exploration: Facilitates the process of individuation as described by Carl Jung, helping to integrate the conscious and unconscious mind through creative expression, leading to greater self-awareness and psychological balance.</li><li>Stress Reduction and Cultivation of Wellbeing: Offers a supportive space to connect with your higher self and the universe and foster a sense of inner peace, mindfulness, and spiritual well-being.</li><li>Manifestation Through Creativity: Harnesses the principles of manifestation through the creative process, where art becomes a tool for visualizing and actualizing intentions, goals and your life purpose.</li></ul>Paper and drawing supplies will be provided. Feel free to bring your own favorite sketchbooks, pencils and pens and art supplies to make the experience more aligned for you.  No art experience necessary. Here, the focus of art is not on technical proficiency or achieving a specific aesthetic, but rather on art as a vehicle for personal and spiritual exploration and growth.

About the Coach / Facilitator:At the intersection of mindfulness, shamanism, life purpose and somatic embodiment, Tracy's coaching blends mystical, practical and scientific approaches into the Nature-based methodology she terms Elemental Energetics. Tracy's calling is to facilitate the natural expression of each person's unique medicine for the world.
