Alongside his role at Grow Further, he serves on several boards, including as vice chair of Carbon Washington. Dr. Kelly holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from UC Berkeley, a BS in International Agricultural Development from UC Davis, and has completed the Global Leadership Forum by Global Washington.
