I'm not an artist, will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely! There are no expectations here. I will guide you through the technique and then give you space to create you own work.

Question 2

I don't normally meditate. Can I still attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please. Whether you come because you want to start a new meditation practice, add to your current practice, or just hang out with a friend, you are welcome in this space. I simply ask that if you are here with a friend, that you are prepared for some quieter time together.

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to bring anything but and open mind and a gentle heart. I will supply all of the art supplies and you will leave with your own work.

Are you a licensed art therapist?

Accepted Answer

No. I am not a licensed or certified art therapist or therapist. I have an Associate in Applied Art in Studio Arts with a focus on Pre-Art Therapy which gave me experiences in several therapeutic art techniques. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology which enhanced my base knowledge of psychology.
