<h1>Program Information</h1><p>Members, League partners and friends are cordially invited to attend the Delaware League of Local Governments’ monthly dinner meeting from 5:30-8:00 on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at the <strong><strong>Maple Dale Country Club in Dover.</strong></strong></p><p>REGISTRATION/SOCIAL HOUR: 5:30 PM - 6:10 PM</p><p>DINNER: 6:10 PM – 7:15 PM</p><p>PROGRAM: 7:15 PM</p><p><br></p><p>The event features a presentation by:</p><h2>Dr. Bethany Hall-Long, Lt. Governor</h2><p>Dr. Bethany Hall-Long, who has served as Delaware’s 26th Lieutenant Governor since 2017, will address local government opportunities, challenges, and legislative priorities for 2024. As a member of the Democratic Party, she served in the Delaware House of Representatives from 2002-2008 and in the Delaware Senate from 2008-2017.</p><p><br></p><h2>Event Logistics</h2><p>Electronic registration and payment must be made in advance via Eventbrite. No walk-in registrations will be permitted. The registration deadline is Monday, January 22, 2024.</p><p><br></p><h2>Refund Policy</h2><p>If you registered and are unable to attend, you may request a refund up to 7 days in advance of the event date by contacting Dr. Kevin Spence (executivedirector@dllg.us). The cost of registration will be refunded to your original method of payment, but exclude service fees that have been applied by Eventbrite.</p>
