What do I need to bring?

(Yoga) mats, cushion and blanket are provided, but if you feel more comfortable with your own equipment, feel free to bring it. Wear comfy clothes and bring pen and paper/journal and yourself, just like you are!

Can I bring a friend?

You can sign up with a friend, partner, family member or just come on your own.

Question 3

Do I need to  have writing experience?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't need to be experienced in creative writing.

Question 4

Why do I need a yoga mat, will we do yoga?

Accepted Answer

No, we won't do yoga, but for the meditation you might want to lie down and be comfy.

Question 5

What if I have food allergies?

Accepted Answer

If you can't eat certain food, it will be taken care of. Prior to the event I will sent out a questionnaire where you can describe your allergies.
