THIS EVENT WILL START RIGHT AT 10:00am, please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Thank you!The process of composting and regeneration is absolutely miraculous....we witness it in Nature all the time. It happens naturally inside of us too and when we fuel that process with our own awareness and with the practices we will be doing together, we learn to create our life from a place of empowerment and resilience SIMPLY by using our own bodies and breath. We will learn to access deeper parts of ourselves and access more knowledge of who we are and what we are here to do. We will compost what is no longer serving, releasing old physical and emotional pattern and regenerate and blossom into a greater version of ourselves. It is powerful beautoful and FUN and when we practice together in community it amplifies the effects. A new year is a time of reflection of where we have been and where we are going and to activate new beginnings. Are you ready to become the creator of your life? Join us for this movement, yoga, and breathwork workshop.At Shine Living Community we practice movement, breath, and self awareness to bring us back to our wholeness, to let go of old stories and programs that no longer serve and to build our life from the inside out. When we support each other in community, we inspire each other, and we also amplify the effects when we practice together. We activate our inner strength and inner power and we practice anchoring to it when the seas get rough. We believe we were built for these time. You can expect to restore balance, resilience and get reaquanted with the reslilience that lives within.
