Wholly Holistic

Join us for a Winter Meditation Series to unwind, reflect and relax! This 3-part series with take place on January 6th, January 27th, February 17th. We will explore a variety of meditation styles including guided visualization, breathwork and sound with intentions to bring to your center and find peace in stillness.Bring along a yoga mat, blanket/pillow, eye cover and anything else you need to be comfortable for an hour. There will be chairs available if needed, please contact Heather at 484-919-1345 to hold space for a chair.This registration is for the February 17th event.
