Come join this Walk with Dr. Nick Borja, MD where we will walk and talk about disease prevention through our lifestyle choices.

Crandon Beach, Lifeguard Station #1

The program begins promptly at 9 am on Saturday, November 2nd with a quick discussion led by Dr. Borja. We'll begin walking at a moderate pace along the beach for approximately 20 minutes in one direction, then turn back until we reach our starting point. Total walk time approximately 45 minutes. This event is FREE and open to the PUBLIC. All ages welcome. The goal is to have FUN and foster a sense of COMMUNITY. We recommend you park near Biscayne Nature Center. Miami Dade County charges $7 for parking. The address is 6767 Crandon Blvd. Key Biscayne, FL 33149.Walk out to the beach and meet the group near lifeguard station #1. Look out for a green tent.Please bring your own water and sun protection. We will reschedule if weather is uncooperative - this will be announced by email in advance of the event.
