Instructors: Freddie Bell + Bex Patterson-Markowitz

Through visual art and somatic exercises (breathwork, grounding, movement), you are given the opportunity to explore and process experiences of grief. Time will be spent both independently and connecting with the group. All forms of grief are welcome in this intimate workshop. All supplies are provided, but you are encouraged to bring any items that provide comfort. You will leave with multiple practices to support their grief journey.A re you an Artspace member?
