Live Music with Cassette Rewind

If you are looking for a premier winter experience, Beech Mountain Resort is the place. Beech Mountain Resort offers skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and tubing.  It offers 17 slopes on 98 skiable acres with a variety of trails for all ability levels.  Located in the resort are also four restaurants and two retail shops. The 2018-2019 season brings a plethora of upgrades including two new chairlifts, added snowmaking and additional slope lighting.Make sure to grab a drink at the on-site brewery or 5506'. Each February, the town of Beech Mountain and Beech Mountain Resort come together to create a righteously rad celebration of all things ‘80s. The eighth annual Retro '80s Weekend takes place February 21-24, 2019 – live '80s music nightly, retro skiing daily, and plenty of throwback activities in between.This years line up of events is looking to be totally radical.

Born in the ‘80s and raised on radio, CASSETTE REWIND are totally an authentic ‘80s experience. Valley girls, jocks, preppies, and nerds will have the time of their life when the DeLorean hits 88 mph and suddenly they’re at like, the most righteous party of the era. Feel the power of love when your bedroom boombox comes to life with captivating, dynamic performances of Prince, George Michael, Journey, Whitney Houston, and countless 1980s pop icons. Grab your Members Only jacket and put on your leg warmers because nothing’s gonna stop you now from getting footloose and singing along. Be kind, please CASSETTE REWIND.
