Hearing for EPA’s Consideration of California’s ACC II Waiver Request

The virtual public hearing for EPA's Consideration of California's Advanced Clean Cars II (ACC II) Waiver Request will begin at 10AM EST on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. An additional session may be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024, if necessary, to accommodate the number of testifiers that pre-register to testify by January 4, 2024.

All attendees (including those who will not be presenting verbal testimony) must register in order to attend the virtual public hearing. Please submit a separate registration form for each person attending or speaking at the hearing. More information on how to join the hearing (Zoom link and call-in number) will be provided via email to registrants at a later date.

While pre-registration by January 4, 2024, is preferred, registration will be open through the last day of the hearing. EPA will provide participants with the option to enable live closed captioning services in English for the hearing. If you require Spanish translation services or special accommodations, such as American Sign Language, please pre-register for the hearing and describe your needs by January 4, 2024. EPA may not be able to arrange accommodations without advanced notice.
