Use a fitness app of your choice to track your time and distance

Go FaceBook Live as individuals or with your crew

Start 9a.m. your time wherever you live

Walk a mile/Run 5K (You can do both)

Enter your Walk/Run time and distance on the electronic time-sheet and submit by 9:45 a.m. your time zone.

Winners will be announced 2 p.m. EST via our PlanNet Cares FB Live.
