Thank you!:) Serena Pickett, born and raised in New York City, received her 200 hr yoga teacher training at YogaWorks in Manhattan in 2018. She moved to San Francisco where she received a BA degree in Performing Arts and Social Justice in a concentration of dance with a minor in Environmental Studies at the University of San Francisco in 2022. She is a certified yoga insturctor teaching across the bay area. She teaches at studios, corporate events, pop up events, online, and in schools.Her Yoga style is a mixture of Vinyasa and Yin; finding a balance of flow and stillness. Serena’s focus is on the full mind, body, and soul experience by breaking down poses, making it accessible to everyone. Her teaching is highly intuitive and combines both the physical and spiritual practic of yoga. Her classes emphasize posture alignment, pranayama (breath), ending with a led meditation.
