Movement Therapy is a great way to spark or re-spark the connection between your mind and body. This type of therapy is ideal for individuals who are expressive or have trouble expressing what they keep inside. It supports your body's emotional, intellectual, and motor functions.
Sensual Zen is specifically designed to help individuals find empowerment and freedom within themselves. This class will support you if:
- You're ready to take a step in becoming more confident in your skin.
- Ready to reclaim ownership of your body and emotions after experiencing physical or sexual trauma.
- Want to tap into your innate sensual energy.
Your instructor, Danielle Branche-Brown, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher, will guide and support you on your path of exploration. This class is open to individuals of all movement/yoga levels, genders, and geographical locations.
Note: Your camera can be off for the virtual classes . Danielle may ask participants to turn on cameras briefly to assist with proper form during yoga poses. We recommend wearing clothes that cover your chest and bottoms but still make you feel empowered, confident, and comfortable.
How the class flows:
✨ Warm-Up: We’ll start with 10 minutes of warm-up to loosen up your body, followed by 35 minutes of dancing and/or yoga. Danielle will guide you through each movement step-by-step.
✨ Affirmations: Practice self-love and empowerment through affirmations—because everyone deserves reminders of how amazing and strong they are.
✨ Meditation: We’ll end with a grounding meditation to cool down, connect with your current self, and release anything that no longer serves you.
