Dive deeper into the Compassion Practice with this 4-week online course for self-compassion!

<p>Continue your growth in the Compassion Practice with our Cultivating Compassion Level 2 course integrating this meditative practice into your life particularly for self-compassion.</p><p>During our <strong><strong>four sessions on January 15th, 22nd, and 29th and February 5th (6:30-8:30 PM PT),</strong></strong> we will experience additional meditations, storytelling, and small group shared learning to deepen our self-compassion while practicing the tools we will need for Cultivating Compassion Level 3: Compassion for Others.</p><p>Led by Dale Suggs, MDiv, Certified Facilitator of the Compassion Practice, Certified Spiritual Director, and Co-Founder of the BE<strong><strong>LOVE</strong></strong>D Compassion Network.</p><p>Ready for more? After completing the Cultivating Compassion Level 2: Cultivating Self-Compassion course, you can complete the full Cultivating Compassion series with the Cultivating Compassion Level 3: Compassion for Others course.</p><p>Clergy from the Pacific Southwest Region of the Christian Church (DOC) can earn .8 CEUs upon completion of this course.</p>

<h3>Pricing</h3><p><strong>This course is offered with a suggested donation of $40-$160 per person.</strong> Following the concept of GracEconomics, we invite you to contribute what you can to support this program.
