WHAT&#x27;S HAPPENINGWe are proud to announce the establishment of Connecticut&#x27;s first emergency safe home with the partnership with <a href="https://theundergroundct.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Underground</a> for trafficked victims in the Greater Hartford Area with an initial 7-21 day period of stabilization and assessment. Rescued women will have access to a room, food, and clothing at no charge for a short term duration. Supportive and compassionate volunteers and coaches will assist in linking to community resources, therapeutic services, and housing.
