About this EventJoin the Green Industry and Colorado Master Gardeners for a virtual morning at CSU Trial Gardens in Fort Collins, Colorado.  Learn about the latest insect and disease issues, proper pruning, turf and weed identification, ornamental grasses, irrigation technology, and an update on the state of Colorado's water situation.Morning talks will be recorded from the CSU Trial Gardens and presented via Zoom. Participants also have the opportunity to receive Colorado Department of Agriculture pesticide credits or ISA credits for continuing education.

Nutrien Agricultural Sciences Building

Hello valued industry partner of the Colorado State University Horticulture and Landscape Architecture (HLA) Department! The HLA student professional mixer will occur this year on February 21st from 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Nutrien Agricultural Sciences building. As a new addition to the event this year there will be a faculty - industry happy hour from 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Colorado cider, wine, charcuterie will be provided, please rsvp for that portion of the event. The Happy Hours event will be held in the Alpine Gardens Community Hub locatedon the second floor of Nutrien Agricultural Sciences Building. The student mixer will run from 5:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. on the first floor. Heavy Horderves, light refreshments, Tables, Company Name Tents, and Fillable Name tags will be provided. Feel free to bring your own name badges if you wish. Don’t forget a healthy stack of business cards as well! Please provide an updated company logo for the name tents with the registration process. Please bring no more than five (5) representatives and purchase only 1 ticket per company. Parking on the CSU campus will be free after 4pm. See event details for more information. This year you will notice that the price for registration has increased to $250 including event fees. This change has been made because we want to do events like this more and make them better than ever before! Registration fees collected from this event will go directly to the Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Department for student professional development and industry engagement related events. This includes future professional events to support students as they seek internship and employment opportunities.
