This is it, folks! Last one of the year and posied on a new moon just ahead of the winter solsitce, etcetera, etcetera. Let this be your moment to pause amidst the preparations and celebrations to care for that inner sparkle. Whatever your intention or headspace/heartspace, we'll be here to support you on Tuesday.Our teacher is a Venice local, Michelle Bui. Michelle uses a full set of Chakra Crystal Bowls, chimes, a planetary gong, buffalo drum, and various other instruments to lead you on a journey of sound meditation. Sound can clear blockages and helps the body and mind to unwind. Sound vibration can help facilitate warm healing energy to flow within the body. Come join us and set some positive intentions for the new lunar month. Meet new friends or just relax, meditate and take some time out for yourself. Hosted at Magic Links space directly adjacent to our studio which is 5,000 sq. feet with 25’ ceilings, lots of fresh open air. Whether looking for connection or solo time, there's plenty of room in the 5,000 sq. studio with 25’ ceilings and open barn doors for the flow of fresh air. A pyramid you can crawl into to amplify the vibrations, cosmic art on every wall, and crystals placed throughout are the perfect setting for raising the vibe.WHAT TO BRING: Your yoga mat. We only have 2-3 available to borrow with some available for purchase from @vagabondgoods in the TINY BANDIT studio.OPTIONAL: Comfy, loose layers that you can add/remove as needed. Some people bring a blanket, cushion, water, crystals, and eye masks for support and deeper relaxation.BONUS: Complimentary botanical tea brewed fresh by Michelle AND a crystal for intention setting, compliments of TINY BANDIT + 20% discount on any TINY BANDIT goods after the sound bath as our thank you (We use a TINY BANDIT Cloud Mist for aromatherapy at the start of the bath.
