This monthy in-person event is designed to support you as you navigate the ups and downs of the perimenopause transition. Connect with others with similar experiences and gain valuable insights and coping strategies. Our knowledgeable facilitator will provide a safe space for open discussions. Don't face transition alone - come and find community, understanding, and practical tips for your own journey. About our facilitatorChristina Cameli, CNM is a nurse-midwife and owner of Menopause Northwest, LLC. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. In her role as facilitator, she shares factual health information, but cannot give healthcare advice.
