This month, we're celebrating Heart Month with a nourishing bowl of homemade butternut squash and semolina flour pasta by Deanna Cram, RN, MSN from our Cardiac Cath Lab. While cooking, we will talk all things food and heart - with a dish that is great for anyone since we all have a heart to care for no matter our age. She even used to teach this recipe to 4-year-olds! Adding color to your plate with plant foods is one of the most effective ways to feel your best.
