You're invited to introduce local students and their parents to the world of Manufacturing Careers!
Vendor Information:
Thank you for registering for the event on Tuesday, February 13th at the Woodward Lincoln Campus located at: 1041 Woodward Way, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to new heightened security measures at the Woodward Lincoln campus EVERYONE must REGISTER for the event this year. If attendees are not registered, they will NOT be allowed in. This includes ALL vendors and their attendees.
Please make sure ALL attendees have an I.D. at check-in.
**To register your booth attendees please click on the ticket that says "vendor attendees at booth".
Set Up: You are able to set up as early as 4:00pm. We will have some volunteers available to help assist you in bringing items into the building. A 6ft table and charis will be provided for your booth.
Unloading and Parking: Feel free to unload close to the entrance. However, please move your car further from the entrance, so that attendees can locate and park nearby.
Check In: Please enter through the south ICS building entrance. Please have your I.D. ready for security check-in. We will be checking folks in and assigning tables at that time. We will be asking if you are currently hiring and if you are seeking interns. We will give you a balloon to have at your table, so that families know who has those opportunities when they arrive.
Event Details: The event will start at 5:00pm and wrap up at 7:00pm. Please wait until the end to tear down your table. We will be using a microphone system to announce tours throughout the event to see the Woodward Manufacturing floor. We will have the location marked, so you can direct attendees towards that experience if they ask.
