Duluth-based singer-songwriter <a href="https://www.facebook.com/RossThornMusic/" title="https://www.facebook.com/RossThornMusic/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ross Thorn</a> will perform work from his debut album Hugo and talk about his life in music during the January installment of the "Live from The Heart: Songwriters/Storytellers Series."The event will be livestreamed on the Sacred Heart<a href="https://www.youtube.com/@SacredHeartMusicCenterDuluth/featured" title="https://www.youtube.com/@SacredHeartMusicCenterDuluth/featured" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> YouTube channel</a>.Duluth-based string musician <a href="https://www.ponyfolk.com/epk" title="https://www.ponyfolk.com/epk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Clifton Nesseth</a> will host.Thorn, the 2023 winner of the Trampled by Turtles Palomino grant, is a native of northern Wisconsin. His music emanates a warm, soulful sound and explores internal struggles of empathy, questions of human character, and an enduring search for hope.A limited number of studio audience tickets are available for FREE.
