Come join Dashfire at an upcoming spirits or bitters class! Our classes allow participants to learn all about cocktails, cocktail bitters, and spirit production. Gin Classes

Come Join us for our Gin Production classes, where we take you through how gin is made, and the botanicals and flavors that create the flavors you love. You will also get the opportunity to blend and create a unique 'class gin.'

Specialty Classes

Our Specialty Classes are an opportunity to focus on a particular topic, spirit or cocktail.

Learn the different styles, flavors, and cocktail applications for one of the most popular spirits in the world.A wide variety of unique botanicals lay the base for one of the most liked and misunderstood spirit categories around.Join us and learn more about the intricacies and nuances of this great spirit.Class taught by Jeff Rogers, Elusive by Dashfire Bar Manager and other Dashfire team members.Class includes 4 spirit/cocktail tastings, complimentary snacks and 15% off products in the Dashfire retail store.
