What should I bring?

Participants will lie on the floor, so please bring any items to enhance your comfort. This could be a mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, personal sacred talismans, or crystals. Studio yoga mats, bolsters, and yoga blankets are available, but the number is limited.

Do you burn incense or sage?

Accepted Answer

I do not burn incense, sage, candles, or herbs during my sound baths. It is my intention that this is an accessible experience, even for those with allergies or sensitivities.
