<h4>This blissful mini retreat will combine gentle Yoga and meditation to rejuvenate and enliven you, as you welcome the infinite possiblities of 2024. All levels of ability are welcome!</h4> Love offering accepted by donation at https://unityofsouthsound.org or cash at the event. Suggested Love offering $25-$45. No one will be turned away. All proceeds go to Unity of South Sound. If you donate at the website, please indicate the donation is for this event.Please arrive 15 minutes early and enter through the gated door off of the parking lot on 7th Street.Some benefits include:* Deep Inner Connection* Cultivate Joy* Feel Peace and Relaxation* Release Stress* Move into the New Year with Intention!What to expect: This will be a gentle Yoga practice and adaptable to all experience levels including beginners. We will practice sitting and walking meditation. Please email if you have any concerns or accommodation needs. The retreat will be held on the second floor which includes some stairs to access the room.What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket (room can be cold), cushion or other support for sitting in meditation, water bottle, journal and anything to support your practice.
