They just flew into Chicago and BOY are they all named Debra! They are comprised of Mitra Jouhari, Alyssa Stonoha, and Sandy Honig. Their show "Three Busy Debras" is coming to Adult Swim in 2020.

Mitra Johari<a href="https://www.mitrajouhari.biz/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.mitrajouhari.biz/</a>Mitra Jouhari is a writer and performer based in Los Angeles. She most recently wrote for “Big Mouth” on Netflix, has written for "High Maintenance" on HBO, "Pod Save America" on HBO, "Miracle Workers" on TBS, and "The President Show" on Comedy Central, for which she was nominated for a WGA Award. She worked on the inaugural season of Full Frontal with Samantha Bee and was a punch-up writer on S5 of Broad City.She is a member of the comedy trio "Three Busy Debras”, who, following a sold-out run of their play at the Annoyance Theater, performed at Carnegie Hall and are now creating a TV series for Adult Swim, produced by Amy Poehler’s Paper Kite Productions. Their work has been featured in the Cut, Vice, and other fun publications.She was part of the cast of the acclaimed Holy Fuck Comedy Hour at the Annoyance in New York City. She has appeared on Broad City, Miracle Workers, Friends From College, The Big Sick, President Show, Full Frontal, Three Busy Debras, Search Party, Alternatino, and High Maintenance, as well as a bunch of short films.Other upcoming projects include a co-starring role in the film “Bad Status”, directed by Shahrzad Davani, as well as a voice role on the Team Coco scripted podcast “Smartr”. She and Joel Kim Booster are co-hosting a podcast for Earwolf called “Urgent Care”, and she has her own scripted podcast coming out on Forever Dog called “Fuck Hut Music School For Teens”, based on a horrifying/sexy play she wrote.She co-hosts the show “It’s A Guy Thing”, named one of the best alt-comedy shows in NYC by Paste Magazine and one of the best comedy shows hosted by women by Time Out New York. They have done sold out shows all over the country, including a headlining show at the Tomorrow Never Knows festival at the Hideout in Chicago.Her writing has appeared in McSweeneys, the LA Review of Books, Teen Vogue, Rookie, Splitsider, Flaunt, American Bystander, Reality Beach, Reductress, and other cool places that she does not currently want to google.She performs all over as a live comedian. She was recently an “Up Next” comedian at Comedy Central’s Clusterfest 2019, and has performed her sick/vulgar comedy all over the US. She was recently named one of GQ’s “7 Funny People Reshaping Comedy”.

Sandy Honig<a href="http://sandy-honig.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">http://sandy-honig.com/</a>Sandy Honig is a photographer and comedian based in New York City.She performs stand-up all over the city and is part of the comedy group Three Busy Debras. They make videos online and have written two full-length plays, one of which was performed at Carnegie Hall in 2016. (About their first play, about their second!) They are currently working on a show with Adult Swim.She co-hosts the monthly variety show "The Bongo Hour" with Peter Smith at the Slipper Room in NY the first Wednesday of every month, and the weekly stand-up show “PIG” every Tuesday at The Slipper Room.
