Don't miss this FREE workshop for members of the Stonewall Sports and LGBTQIA+ community.Participants will learn about overall personal safety, situational awareness, and how to de-escalate a potential conflict. You'll also learn some self-defense tactics. Pre-registration is required and space is limited, so sign up today!Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.Doors open at 5:30 PM. Please allow time to get to the room and check-in before the program begins promptly at 6:00 PM.This program is brought to you by the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation (VTMF.org) and Stonewall Sports Boston. The workshop is designed specifically for this group in coordination with Growth Mindsets Consulting, whose vision is to empower individuals by providing them with knowledge and opportunities to unapologetically prioritize themselves and their experiences every single day.
