Booking will open on Tuesday 5th December at 20:00 for parents to book one club place per child. Booking will then reopen on Wednesday 6th Decemver 2023 at 20:00 for all remaining places with no limits per child.
Any pupils booked on to more than one club after the first opening will have all their bookings cancelled.

Virtual Reality and Game Design - KS1 will run for 9 weeks, from Wednesday 17th January 2024.

In Virtual Reality Design, students jump into the developer seat. They build skills that empower them to design and create anything in their imagination. From designing 3D tree houses and interactive mazes, to creating 3D works of art or even an entire solar system! Students get to harness technology to explore their creativity in a whole new way. Students get to… - Develop and hone spatial awareness and reasoning, independent thinking, communication, digital literacy and CAD skills (Computer Aided Design) - Gain the confidence to program different digital projects, from games and stories to understanding algorithms. - Experience augmented reality through VR headsets and Merge Cubes!

This club is open to children in the following classes:

• Class 1B
• Class 1C
• Class 1M
• Class 2C
• Class 2D
• Class 2J

Club cost: £150.00

Once all places have been reserved we will operate a wait list. Should any extra places become available they will be offered based on the wait list.

Refunds due to missed sessions
Suppliers and providers are booked and paid in advance of clubs commencing. Therefore we cannot offer refunds for sessions that clash with school trips, fixtures, summer residentials or other school events. We are also unable to offer refunds for sessions missed due to pupil illness or other absence.

Payment Methods
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Child Care Vouchers.

Child Care Vouchers (CCV)
You can pay for any after school clubs with a CCV. To use a CCV select 'Pay by Invoice' during the checkout process. This will bypass the card payment. You will then need to instruct your CCV provider to pay the school with the name of the club you have booked as a reference.

Important Note: 'Pay by invoice' option is only available for parents who wish to pay by child care voucher. All other payments must be made using a credit or debit card. Any bookings made using 'pay by invoice' that are not settled with a child care voucher will be cancelled and the place will be allocated to the next child on the list.

Disclaimer
All places applied for are for 1 child per application. If you have siblings that wish to attend the same club you must apply twice. The school reserves the right to reallocate any places where payment has not been received by Wednesday 17th January 2024.

Please be aware that it is no longer possible to change clubs or days after the club has commenced. Should your child drop out of a club at any time during the term, refunds will not be offered.
