3 weeks nourishing ourselves into winter with inquiries & practices in a small circle with resonance, empathy & celebrations/mournings

<p>This time of year has sets of challenges for some of us. As the light and temperatures shift into darker and colder existence in the Northern Hemisphere, as we navigate all that holidays hold for us. But this season also holds possibilities: for taking time to go a little slower, a little deeper, for turning our attention inward, toward nourishment and replenishment of the internal. Some of us choose to do that on our own, yet for some of us, there is sweetness in coming together for facilitated inquiries and sharing. Kristin will offer options for prompts that draw on resonant language (thank you Sarah Peyton) and beauty of needs (thank you, Robert Gonzales), helping us find what we long for.</p><p>If this appeals to you, I invite you to register for this 3 week series (Dec 5,12,19)that will take place on Zoom (though I’ll imagine us all in the same warm candle lit room) on Tuesdays from 4:30-6 pacific time (adjust to your time zone).</p>
