Important! This clinic is for Reflecting Telescopes only! Reflecting telescopes have a large mirror at the bottom end of cylindrical tube. The eyepiece sticks out of the top end of the tube. Clinics addressing other types of telescopes will follow soon.Reflecting telescopes are designed to be adjusted, so they can go out of adjustment. If you have this type of telescope and are having problems with it, this clinic is for you!Bring your telescope so that an experienced user of reflecting telescopes can help you with adjustments such as:<ul><li> Stablizing the mounting.</li><li>Aligning the finderscope with the telescope.</li><li>Collimating the primary and secondary mirrors.</li></ul>We will meet on the top (uncovered) level of the parking deck if weather permits; otherwise, we will meet on a covered level. Please look for an email if we must meet on a covered level.
