What do I need to bring?

Highly recommend a water bottle, and journal. Optional items for your comfort might be a cozy blanket or pillow. We provide a super comfy mat to lay on.

Can I eat before coming?

For sake of digestion and best experience it's best to have stopped eating at least an hour before breath work.

There is parking on the street directly in front of the studio and 2 lots super close by. Parking is free on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays.
