<h3><strong><strong>Melissa Bernstein, </strong></strong><strong><strong>Co-Founder Melissa &amp; Doug Toys and Co-Founder Lifelines</strong></strong></h3><p><a href="https://www.lifelines.com/our-story" title="https://www.lifelines.com/our-story" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Melissa Bernstein</a> is an entrepreneur, creative, and working mother of six. In 1988, Bernstein and her husband co-founded Melissa &amp; Doug out of their parents' garage, and in the years that followed, they built <a href="https://www.melissaanddoug.com/" title="https://www.melissaanddoug.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Melissa &amp; Doug </a>into a wildly successful company. Bernstein has spent the last 30 years helping children discover themselves, their passions, and their purpose through open-ended play. She estimates that she has built more than 6,000 toys in the last three decades.<br>In 2020, after her own personal journey of self-discovery and acceptance, Bernstein co-founded Lifelines. Through Lifelines, she is using her unparalleled creativity to create a new category of well-being products that help of well-being products that help adults rediscover wonder and relieve stress through their senses.</p><p><br></p>

<h3><strong><strong>Hitendra Wadhwa, Founder &amp; CEO, Mentora Institute</strong></strong></h3><p>​Dr. Hitendra Wadhwa is the Founder of the <a href="https://mentora.institute/" title="https://mentora.institute/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mentora Institute</a>, which focuses on helping individuals, teams and organizations strengthen their character, leadership and changemaking by cultivating their Inner Core. He is the author of the book, <a href="https://mentora.institute/the-book/" title="https://mentora.institute/the-book/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Inner Mastery, Outer Impact</a>. He has for fifteen years been a Professor of Practice at Columbia Business School where he's won the Dean's Award for Teaching Excellence and has an MBA and PhD from MIT.</p><p><br></p>
