It's time to put your creative minds to work. Prepare to ENGAGE your CREATIVITY and IMAGINATIONS through hands on S.T.E.A.M. activities.

We are thrilled to invite you to an interactive and engaging STEAM event taking place alongside our Epic Science Fair right before our Winter Expos.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Upon arrival, please check in with an Epic staff member.

ITINERARY:

A Come and Go Event-Stay as long as you like but feel free to leave when you have finished exploring.

• 9:00 Check in with an Epic Staff member. You will not need to show your tickets from Eventbrite; we can look up your registration using your name.
• 9:00-11:00 Explore and participate in S.T.E.A.M. Activity Stations. Does your student enjoy using their imagination, creating, exploring and learning how things work? This hands-on day of exploring Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math was created just for them.
• Our hope is that while doing this, you will also be meeting and collaborating with other Epic students.

10:00-12:00 Visit our Free Health Fair-no registration needed.

Be Sure to check out our FREE mini health fair. That will include vision, hearing and dental screenings as well as blood pressure checks and sports physicals. (Services may vary at event locations.) While supplies last, Free health swag bag for each student that participates in at least one health check.

POLICIES: You will register for a ticket using Eventbrite which will hold your spot for the event as a reservation. Parents, please register yourself and each of your Epic students who will be participating. This enables the school and the location to staff and plan appropriately. We do have a maximum capacity. Therefore, we ask that when registering, you include each member of your family that is planning to attend.

Students cannot be dropped off to attend without a parent or guardian. You will need your student’s Epic ID number and teacher’s name when signing up for the event in Eventbrite.

Sensory Bags: Sensory bags will be available to check out for use at this event. Upon arrival, see any Epic Family Engagement team member to check a bag out, and return all sensory bags to a team member before leaving the event. There is a limited supply of these bags.

MEDIA POLICY: This is a public event, and photographs and/or video may be taken during the activities. If you would prefer that your student not be photographed or videoed, please let our Epic staff know during check-in.

CANCELLATIONS: As a reminder, if you sign up to come but are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation using your Eventbrite confirmation email. This will open up spots for other families.

Inclement Weather Plan: If we have inclement weather, we will send out communication by email through Eventbrite to let you know if the event has been canceled.
