<h3>Overview</h3><p>Delegation is a critical part of the managerial toolkit, yet it remains underutilized by most managers. Effectively utilized delegation not only saves time but also facilitates employee growth and development (especially for those on the track to management). This course will focus on the win-win aspects of delegation for the delegator and the delegated, how and to whom to delegate responsibilities, how to avoid delegation pitfalls, and how to give feedback during the delegation process.</p>
