Get ready for an epic indoor ride with the Exclusive Loons event, happening on November 26, 2023 at 9:30 AM - don't miss it!

This Loons Exclusive Indoor Ride, hosted by T1D cycle instructor Lauren Plunkett, will feature 55 minutes of strategic interval training designed to improve spped, endurance, and power. Riders will be challenged to push their speed and power threshold using resistance to resemble outdoor training. Learn proper positioning techniques and heart rate monitoring to take your fitness to the next level. This class is perfect for an athlete in training but also for the first time rider!Class size is limited to 16 riders and is at the Loons exclusive reduced rate of $15 per rider to attend. You will receive a link to pay through Square after you register through Eventbrite.Pedals have a clip-in option with SPD cleats and toe clips for gym shoes.Prepare to sweat! Please bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Locker rooms and showers are available.Location: Statera Fitness 1025 Selby ave. St. Paul, MN 55104The cycling studio is located on the lower level and has a private studio door on Oxford St.Parking: A few spaces are available in front of the cycling studio with ample parallel parking on Oxford and Selby Ave.There is a main entry lot off Selby Ave. This door is a private entry for gym members only.
