He has a proven track record of designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions such as predictive analytics, machine learning models, and Generative AI applications at large scale to enhance efficiency, reduce expenses, and increase revenue. Currently, D.J. serves as an Executive Director with IU Health’s Revenue Cycle Services team, where he leads multiple statewide operational teams and several automation projects for the largest health system in Indiana. He also leads a Citizen Developer workgroup and training series which has upskilled over 200 team members on Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) automation tools, and has co-founded the accompanying LCNC Governance Committee.
