Celebrate the longest night of the year with a candlelight meditation and restorative gong relaxation.

This workshop will start with warm up exercises from Kundalini Yoga. Then practice a special meditation for the Winter Solstice to reignite your inner light. Finally rest and restore in an extended gong relaxation with the 36” Paiste Brilliant Symphonic Gong, 21” Gongland Infinity Gong, crystal singing bowls and chimes. Connect with your inner flame and call back the light for a new year.

No experience necessary.The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant or children under 7.It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during a gong bath. <h3>Registration Cost: $50 / $44 Before December 16th</h3>Several subsidized tickets available for those unable to pay full price at $25 each

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some meditation cushions available at studio.Free and paid street parking available.
