WOMEN’S PERSONAL PROTECTION CLINIC:Levels I-III (Beginners to Advanced), Saturday, November 18th, 9am-11am*﻿ Emphasis will be placed on Situational Awareness, De-escalation, Evasion/Escape, Defense, Protection, &amp; prep for identifying and surviving high percentage threats common to everyday life... your home, kids, shopping, the gas pump, ATM, etc...Level IFoundations mentally &amp; physically around violence, how it manifests, what it really is.Situational Awareness development for every day situations and lifestyle.Gross motor Evasion &amp; Escape techniques.Level IIReview of Level I for “warm up”.Ground evasion and recovery from falling, being knocked/pushed/thrown down.Gross motor striking when evasion/escape has not presented itself.Home &amp; public scenarios utilizing our staged rooms &amp; furniture.Level IIIReview of principals in Level II.Deeper dive into use of environment and afforded “every day” weapons.Office &amp; Workplace scenariosHotel &amp; Travel scenariosHome invasion scenarios
