<H2>The Logos Method</H2>
is a practice of combining a specific type of breathwork with sound healing.  The combination is medicine to our mind and body.  
Breath and Sound is done all over the world.  It's a new, yet ancient way to experience self care in a deep, yet gentle proces.  The experience will touch each one of us in different ways.  Participants have experienced anything from reduction of everyday anxiety to past life regressions.  
With the world around us in the middle of crisis, it’s time for us to find ways to manage our energy.  Breath and Sound is a great practice to find peace inside.
 
<H3>THE BREATH WORK: </H3>
Logos Breathwork is a process of using our most valuable resource, oxygen, which increases our life-force or “prana”. When we saturate our bodies with oxygen it helps recalibrate our sympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, as well as a variety of other stored emotional experiences.  
Breath has a mind of its own. It bi-passes our brain and talks directly to the body. The breath has the power to to help us reduce stress and open our creative channels.   Breathwork is an ancient technique and there are many different styles. Currently, breathwork is being used on Veterans with PTSD and they are having great success in reduction of symptoms. 
<H3> THE SOUND HEALING: </H3>
The Logos Sound Bath is a magical experience. It combines breathwork with sound healing using Crystal Bowls and Gong.  The Gong clears energy and the Bowls are tuned to different frequencies that match the 7 chakras. These frequencies help integrate the breathwork and feel deep peace inside.  Letting go of the mind and focusing on the breath while the crystal bowls are being played is like being on a magic carpet ride.  
Healing work in commuity is very powerful.   We hope you will join us at The Logos Method.

We do not recommend participating in The Logos Method if you have any of the following conditions: Pregnant, prior heart attack, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, a detached retina, bipolar disorder, manic disorder, or schizophrenia, TIAs, seizures, strokes, or other brain or neurological conditions; use of prescription blood thinners such as Coumadin, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 12 years. Please come eat your last meal 1-2 hours in advance, or eat lightly prior to coming.
