EPIC Families,

We would like to invite you to "Little Whoville," where families can make memories and enjoy time mingling with other Epic Families! We plan to have a Holly Jolly Family Fun time with a craft, cookie decorating, card writing, sing alongs, and maybe a surprise green visitor in a red suit. We hope that during this time together you will make new Epic friends and have some fun!

*Optional-Students and family members may come dressed as "Whoville" characters.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Upon arrival, please check in with an Epic staff member who will be located just inside the front entrance.

ITINERARY:

• 4:30 Check in with an Epic Staff member. You will not need to show your tickets from Eventbrite; we can look up your registration using your name. Be sure each person in your family that plans to attend has a ticket registered in their name.
• 4:30-6:00 Enjoy Family Fun Activities. Enjoy crafts, cookie decorating, card writing, sing alongs, and possibly even a surprise guest visitor!

POLICIES: You will register for a ticket using Eventbrite which will hold your spot for the event as a reservation. Parents, please register yourself and each of your Epic students who will be participating. This enables the school and the location to staff and plan appropriately. We do have a maximum capacity. Therefore, we ask that when registering, you include each member of your family that is planning to attend.

Students cannot be dropped off to attend without a parent or guardian. You will need your student’s Epic ID number and teacher’s name when signing up for the event in Eventbrite.

Sensory Bags: Sensory bags will be available to check out for use at this event. Upon arrival, see any Epic Family Engagement team member to check a bag out, and return all sensory bags to a team member before leaving the event. There is a limited supply of these bags.

We will also have a sensory room for students and parents that may need to take a break during the event.

MEDIA POLICY: This is a public event, and photographs and/or video may be taken during the activities. If you would prefer that your student not be photographed or videoed, please let our Epic staff know during check-in.

CANCELLATIONS: As a reminder, if you sign up to come but are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation using your Eventbrite confirmation email. This will open up spots for other families.

Inclement Weather Plan: If we have inclement weather, we will send out communication by email through Eventbrite to let you know if the event has been canceled.
