<p>Redistricting of congressional and legislative districts is one of the most fundamental determinants of the health of our democracy.  It is also one of least understood and appreciated by voters and some legislators.  This presentation will review key elements of the redistricting process, a proposed redistricting bill,  and how that bill addresses Minnesota’s needs while benefiting from the experiences of other states.</p><h2>The link to our Zoom meeting will automatically be emailed to all registrants the morning of the event</h2><p>If you are trying to register after 11:00am on December 5th, please email lwvdakotacty@lwvmn.org for the link.</p>
