Dust off your aprons and rolling pins and come along to a special summer themed cookery class with Boston Bakeology's Andrea Feeney this December 7th, at the Irish Cultural Centre! Settle in with a glass of homemade mulled wine, and learn to make festive favourites from Ireland - Jambons, Sausage Rolls, shortcrust pastry from scratch, Irish mince pies &amp; homemade custard!This is a hands-on class and participants each create the dishes in hands on practical groups!This is a fully engaging and hands-on class - all equipment and ingredients are provided! Join Us for a fun evening!* Alcohol optional - Non-Alcoholic alternative will be available on request!
