75 days to re-set your goals and life. Get out of the rut, loose the bad habits & gain some great habits. Get in shape & stay in shape!

Are you ready to feel better, clean up your diet &amp; your mind set? Then you are ready for the 75 hard challenge! Challenge starts May 3rd 2021 everyone is welcome and you can participate from anywhere. There are 6 rules to follow for 75 days:1)Follow a diet: You can choose any diet – like Whole 30, Keto, Low Carb, Eating Clean, etc.2)Drink one gallon of water: This is about setting the habit.3)Two 30 or 45-minute workouts; one should be outside: do 2 workouts 30- 45+ minute workouts per day. One of them outdoors. walking or yoga is ok too. Toadal Crosstraining membership is included in the challenge (zoom &amp; in-person.)Click below link for class schedule:https://www.txtsantacruz.com/schedules.html4)Read 10 pages of a book (audiobooks don’t count): This needs to be something from personal development or nonfiction.5)Take a progress picture every day: This is to help you see your progress.6)No alcohol, and no cheat meals: If you cheat, even a little, back to day 1.Cost of challenge:$20 for TXT Members$180 for non-TXT members but can take TXT during 75 hard. If you don&#x27;t want to take txt you don&#x27;t have to. We will do a once weekly zoom call Wednesday at 7pm so people can ask questions (sessions will be recorded.) There will also be a private chat group on Telegram App for people to share their progress, challenges, support each other and recipes.After the challenge $5 of each participant&#x27;s entry fee will be donated to a charity of choice in town.
